What is Grief Coaching?

How can it help me?

Grief coaching is a supportive, forward-focused space for people navigating loss, anticipatory grief, medical trauma, life transitions, or the emotional weight of caring for someone they love.

Unlike therapy, grief coaching is not focused on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, it offers compassionate guidance, nervous system support, practical tools, and space to process the many layers of grief that can exist alongside everyday life.

Through trauma-informed support, reflective conversation, creative practices, and gentle guidance, grief coaching can help you feel less alone, better understand your grief, reconnect with yourself, and find ways to carry both love and loss at the same time. Whether you are in the NICU, parenting a medically complex child, navigating anticipatory grief, or grieving after loss, you deserve support that honors your experience without trying to “fix” it.
